Questions about a specific order
Salonify is an intermediary — the products are sold and shipped by independent salons, beauty professionals and merchants. For order-specific issues such as delivery, returns or defects, the fastest route is to contact the selling salon or merchant directly via their shop page.
If you cannot resolve it with the seller, write to us and we will help to mediate. Salonify does not decide disputes in a binding way, but we are happy to support you.
