How delivery, costs, the 14-day right of withdrawal and refunds work on the Salonify Marketplace.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping and delivery are fulfilled by the seller, not by Salonify. Each seller sets their own shipping costs, typically based on the destination country and the weight of your order.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times are estimates provided by the seller and depend on the destination and the carrier used.
Local pickup
Where a seller offers it, a local pickup option may be available at checkout instead of shipping. Whether pickup is offered depends on the individual seller.
Who bears the risk in transit?
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you. Until the goods reach you, the seller bears the shipping risk — so goods lost or damaged in transit are the seller’s responsibility.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods. To withdraw, send a clear statement to the seller (or via our support) within the period and then return the goods promptly, at the latest within 14 days.
Exception: in accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for the protection of health or for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery — for example opened or unsealed cosmetics and personal-care products.
Who pays for the return?
In the case of an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are defective, damaged or incorrect, the seller bears the cost of return and provides a remedy — by replacement, repair or refund.
Refunds
The seller is responsible for refunds; Salonify mediates and processes approved refunds technically through Stripe. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within the statutory time. Your statutory consumer warranty rights against the seller remain unaffected.

Contact the selling salon or merchant via their shop page, or write to Salonify support at [email protected]. Please include your order number so the seller can process your return quickly.
